Shipping Purchasing & Refunds

Warranty

Most of the equipment in our listings is used and in good working condition. Items that are new are stated as new.  New equipment is NOS (New Old Stock) and is not warranted by the manufacturer.  If not stated as new, then it is used. Some equipment is not in working condition and will be listed as not working with all or some of the known problems stated.

New (NOS) and used equipment have a 48-hour inspection period allowed. No other warranty or guarantee is given or implied. If during this inspection period, the equipment is not working properly it may be returned. Equipment Center West must be notified of any problems within the inspection period or it is assumed that all items have been accepted.

Not working/repairable equipment is sold as-is with no warranty or inspection period.

Shipping

All crating, shipping, insurance, and COD charges are not included in the prices listed and are an additional cost to the buyer. This includes the return shipping when an item is not accepted within the inspection period. Items may be shipped on your preferred shipper account number. If you do not have a shipper account, we can ship freight COD or you may prepay the freight. Equipment Center West assumes no responsibility for damaged shipments and claims will be handled according the shipping carrier's policies. Equipment Center West does assume responsibility for proper packaging when sending to buyer and buyer assumes same with shipments to Equipment Center West.Purchasing

Our payment terms are Pay In Advance. All prices listed are USA funds drawn on USA bank.

Payment within USA

Visa Mastercard

PayPal

Payment may be by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or bank wire transfer. Checks can delay shipment until funds are verified as cleared by bank. Money orders accepted are US Postal Money orders only. MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and wire transfer will expedite shipment. PayPal account must be verified.

Payment outside USA

Payment needs to be by bank wire transfer of funds only.

Duties & Taxes

All applicable duty, state and local taxes are not included in the prices listed and are an additional cost to the buyer.

Refunds

A refund for price of item will be given upon receipt and inspection of returned item. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer along with proper packaging and insurance. Item must be in the same condition as shipped. Any modifications, damage, misuse, and/or exchange of parts voids any and all warranties and/or refunds.
